Fees
We would like to discuss with you how we can assist you in achieving your goals, what fees are applicable to your particular matter and service level, and what our payment options are.
Please call (1) 250-590-7080 or e-mail marianne@vandermeij.ca to arrange a first (minimum one hour) consultation in person, by phone or on skype. After you have had your first meeting and we have a file opened in your name further consultations may be booked as half hour minimum length, then pro-rated to time spent.
Professional fee for consultation services:
- Can $180.00 per hour (+ 5% GST = $189.00) by telephone or video meeting or;
- Can $200.00 per hour (+ 5% GST = $210.00) for in person meetings at Marianne's Victoria office.
For full representation in applications, a fixed, lump-sum fee is agreed depending on immigration stream, family size, and other individual aspects:
- From Can $700 and up for in-Canada applications for extension of temporary (visitor, study or work permit) status.
- From Can $1,500 and up for temporary residence (visa, study or work permit) applications outside Canada.
- From Can $3,000 and up for permanent residence applications.
These fees are excluding General, Provincial, or Harmonized Sales Taxes, which are applicable to residents of Canada. Canadian immigration applications also involve government fees and other expenses, which are not included in the above professional fees.
